1. Stripping wires
When stripping wires with wire strippers, be careful not to damage the single-stranded wires, and to keep the multi-stranded wires and shielded wires from being disconnected, otherwise the quality of the joint will be affected. When stripping multi-stranded wires, be careful to twist the wire core into a spiral shape. The stripping length shall be operated according to the requirements of the process data.
2. Pre-soldering
Pre-soldering is a key step in wire welding. When tinning the wires, the wires should be rotated while being tinned. The direction of rotation should be consistent with the twisting direction. When tinning multiple stranded wires, pay attention to the "candle wick effect", that is, the solder enters the insulating layer, causing softness. The wire becomes stiff and can easily lead to connector failure.
3. Heating
First use the preheated Luoyang iron head to heat the component leads and pads.
4. Feed wire
Hold the tin wire left and right and bring it to the heated place to be welded.
5. Leave
After the solder wire melts and slowly flows to two-thirds of the entire pad area, quickly remove the solder wire and the solder tip.
6. Solidification
After the Luo iron head is withdrawn, do not shake the components and circuit boards. The solder joints should be allowed to solidify naturally. For components that are easily burnt, you can blow air on the welding to accelerate solidification.
7. Check
Check the welding quality, requiring a moderate amount of tin in the solder joints, bright solder joints, and firm welding.
