UL2263 EV charging cable application

It is mainly used for the connection between the electric vehicle charging pile and the electric vehicle, and can also be used for the connection between the portable charging device and the charging power source.

  • Conductor: multi-strand fine-stranded conductor, in line with ASTMB3 or NMX-J-036-ANCE standard

  • Insulation: TPE or PVC, color one can be customized

  • Filling: PP mesh filling rope

  • Tape: thin non-woven fabric

  • Sheath: TPE or PVC, color: black

UL2263 EV charging cable technical feature

  • Flame retardant performance: UL62 (according to VW-1 combustion test and FT2 combustion test, the test method adopts UL 2556)

  • Oil resistance: UL62 (60℃/168h, IRM902, retention rate of tensile strength and elongation at break ≥75%)

  • Weather resistance: UL62 (after 720h aging test, the finished product has no cracks when bent, and the retention rate of tensile strength and elongation at break is ≥80%)

  • Flexing resistance: UL62 (the number of flexing of the product is not less than 15,000 times, the test method is in accordance with UL2556)

  • Dielectric constant and stability coefficient: UL62 (the dielectric constant and stability coefficient of the product soaked in 60°C water meet the requirements of UL62 standard, and the test method is in accordance with UL2556)

  • Low temperature bending: UL62 (-40℃/4h, no cracks on the cable surface)

  • Thermal Shock: 150℃/1h, in line with UL 2556

  • Anti-vehicle crush: meet UL62 requirements
